Nizami Region Department announces an open tender concerning :
Capital repairing works at the new administrative building in Ganja city

Those who wish to participate at the tender may get the set of main terms at the Tender Committee, after transferring participation fee in amount of 200 (two hundred) manats.
The set of main terms is compiled in Azerbaijan language.
Participation fee must be transferred to the following account of Nizami Regional department in Ganja.

In assessing the tender proposals preference will be given to the following criteria: low price, high quality, the contract on time, the financial situation of the applicant.
Tender participants must possess necessary technical and financial possibilities for fulfilling the contract.
The participation fee is not refundable in any cases.
Applicants must submit the following documents to participate at the tender till 17:00, November 17, 2009:
- Bank document on payment of fee to participate at the tender;
- Bank certificate on bidder’s financial state for last 1 (one) year;
- Bidder’s juridical status, country of registration and requisites;
- Information about potential possibilities for fulfilling the works;
- Tender proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- A bank guarantee in amount of 2% (guarantee proposals) of the tender proposal value (must be valid at least 60 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- The tender proposal of the participants who do not submit the bank guarantee in an envelope with the tender proposal, will be considered invalid and will not be estimated;
- Information from the relevant tax authorities to pay taxes and other debts, and no overdue debts in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Documents must be compiled in Azerbaijan language, in 2 copies (original and copy) (documents in foreign language must be translated into Azerbaijan language).
The envelopes submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Tender proposal and bank guarantee must be submitted till 17:00, November 25, 2009 at the State Social Defense Fund of Azerbaijan Republic, Nizami Region Department.
Tender procedure will be held according to the law of Azerbaijan Republic “On State Procurement”
Proposal envelopes will be unsealed at the above-mentioned address at 12:00, November 26, 2009 at the 2nd floor of the administrative building of Nizami regional department of State Social Defense Fund in at the address: Ganja city, New Ganja settlement.
Authorized representatives of the bidders can take part in the tender procedure.
