Announces an open tender concerning:
Innovation works in Lerik city in 2009

Tender participants are proposed to submit their tender proposals in written form in a double-sealed envelope, authorized by signature and stamp.
The participants must take into account all the tax and duties, delivery expenditures to the place of destination.
Tender participants must possess necessary high-qualified staff potential, technical and financial possibilities for fulfilling the contract.
The contract must be implemented within 1 year.
Those who wish to participate at the tender may get the collection of basic conditions compiled in Azerbaijan language at the address: Lerik Region, Lerik city, 42, H. Aliyev, str., after paying a participation fee in the amount of 60 (sixty) manats transferred to the mentioned account.

The participation fee is not refundable in any cases.
Applicants must submit the following documents to participate at the tender:
- A written request to participate at the tender;
- Bank document on payment of fee to participate at the tender;
- Tender proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- A bank guarantee in amount of 1% (guarantee proposals) of the tender proposal value (must be valid at least 60 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- Information from the relevant tax authorities to pay taxes and other debts, and no overdue debts in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- A copy of applicant's financial reporting on the activities of one (1) last year confirmed by tax authorities;
- Bank certificate on the financial state of the applicant for one (1) last year;
- Full name, juridical status, charter, country of registration and requisites;
- Information about potential possibilities for fulfilling the works.
The documents must be compiled in Azerbaijan language, in 2 copies (original and copy).
Bidders must submit above shown documents (with exception of tender proposal and bank guarantee) till 18:00, November 19, 2009, tender proposal and bank guarantee till 18:00, November 26, 2009 in sealed double envelopes to the Municipal Territorial Unit of Lerik City .
The envelopes submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Proposal envelopes will be unsealed at the above-mentioned address at 11:00, Novemebr 27, 2009.
Authorized representatives of the bidders can take part in the tender procedure.
