depending on exhibitions and displays on show.

service for Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives (Cornwall).

— General ability, approach to temporary staff supply, experience of staff
supply to visitor orientated establishments/companies.
Specialist Experience:
— Recruitment and training of temporary staff, supply to Museums and
Galleries or similiar institutions, SIA licensing if required.
Qualification and Skills of Staff:
— Key personnel; understanding the specialist recruitment and supply
market, Managment structure,Staff performance procedures, understanding
and implementing The Working Time Directive and UK Minimum Wage.
Specialist and Technical Resources:
— IT systems; Health, Safety and Welfare; Recruitment; Training.
Quality Assurance:
— Approach to quality assurance,Management of Health, Safety and Welfare,
Approach to Sustainability and the Environment, Approach to Service Level
Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
