The Department of Defense Education Activities (DoDEA) Pacific intends to procure unofficial travel services for its high schools located in Korea, Japan and Guam.  The contract resulting from this solicitation will be Blanket Purchase Agreement.  This requirement will be procured utilizing a competitive lowest-price technically acceptable source selection evaluation process in accordance with FAR Part 15.  A Performance Work Statement with specifications is included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-10-R-7000. The RFP will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities to close 27 October 2009. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency by the RFP closing date. Proposals shall be submitted as specified in the RFP. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov.
