The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation is soliciting proposals for a dental insurance plan provider for approximately eighty (80) Corporation employees located in Massena, New York.  The insurance plan shall commence on January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 with options to renew for an additional four (4) calendar years.  The insurance provider must be licensed to do business in New York State.  This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown.  Wage determination for an offeror's locality may be obtained at www.dol.gov and will be incorporated into the resulting contract.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation.  The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for downloading on the FedBizOpps website on 11/2/09 with a response date of 11/30/09.   Paper copies of the RFP may be obtained by written request to PO Box 520, Massena, New York 13662, fax to 315-764-3268, or email to Patricia.White@dot.gov.  Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for award.  Please register with the CCR at www.ccr.gov.  This procurement is open to small and large businesses.  Applicable NAICS code 524114 with a size standard of $7.0M.
