Bidding will be conducted throughthe International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May 2004 and is open to all bidders from Eligible SourceCountriesas defined in the Guidelines. 5. Interested eligible bidders mayobtain further information from Project Management Unit No.6 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8.30to 16.30 6. Qualifications requirements include: At least two(2) similar supply contracts inthe last five years. A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically shall be applied.
