1. Declaratie privind eligibilitatea; 2. Declaratie privind neincadrarea in prevederile art. 181 din ordonanta; 3. Certificat de atestare fiscala pentru persoane juridice eliberat de Ministerul Finantelor Publice in original sau copie legalizata; 4. Certificat fiscal privind impozitele si taxele locale în cazul persoanelor juridice eliberat de Primarie in original sau copie legalizata; 5.Persoanele juridice straine vor prezenta orice document edificator pentru dovedirea eligibilitatii - eliberate de autoritati din tara de origine (certificate, caziere judiciare, alte documente echivalente ) prin care sa dov ca si-a îndeplinit obligatiile de plata a impozitelor, taxelor si contributiilor catre bugetul de stat si bugetul local în conformitate cu cerintele autoritatii contractante.Documentele vor fi prezentate în original sau copie legalizata la care se va alatura traducerea autorizata si legalizata a acestora în limba româna;6. Declaratie privind calitatea de participant la procedura. 7.Certificat constatator emis de O.R.C. pentru persoane juridice romane in original sau copie legalizata, sau Autorizatie de functionare pentru persoane fizice romane in original sau copie legalizata;8.Persoane juridice /fizice straine: Documente edificatoare care dovedesc o forma de înregistrare ca persoana juridica conform prevederilor legale din tara rezidenta a ofertantului precum si un Certificat de rezidenta Fiscala (evidenta dublei impuneri) valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.
