Bid documents can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, LRTA Compound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City, starting October 14-21, 2009 during regular office hours from 8 am to 5 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eight Hundred Pesos (P800.00).

For purposes of clarifying issues, a pre-bid conference will be held on October 22, 2009, Thursday, 10:00 AM at LRT Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.

The BAC Secretariat shall receive sealed bids not later than November 5, 2009, Thursday, 9:00 A.M. and shall then be publicly opened immediately thereafter at LRT Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City .

LRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of its bids, and will entertain only such bid/s established to be the most advantageous to the LRTA.
