II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): To provide
residents of Hal Tarxien with upgraded services provided by waste carriers
for the collection of mixed household waste. Mixed household waste shall
mean waste which is generated by households as well as other waste,
because of its nature or compositions, is similar to waste from households
but excluding bulky waste and separately collected recyclables such as
plastic, paper, metal and glass.
