THIS IS THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE TO SP0600-10-R-0501. Services for the operation and maintenance of Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Norfolk which includes aircraft fuel delivery and related services to Naval Station (NS) Chambers Field and NAB Little Creek, VA. The period of performance is a three year period, 1200 hours, October 1, 2010 through 1200 hours, October 1, 2013, with one, three-year option to renew (October 1, 2013-October 1, 2016). This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The classification code is M-Operation of Government-owned facilities. The NAICS Code is 493190. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted o/a December 9, 2009. A preproposal conference will be held - date to be determined. The pre-proposal conference and subsequent site visits will be held at DFSP Norfolk, VA, (Craney Island, Yorktown, Sewells Point, Chambers Field, Little Creek) on February 2-3, 2010 at 0800 hours. Due to the five site visits, two days are required. Interested parties should email monica.fass@dla.mil with the following information NOT LATER THAN January 26, 2010: Name of attendee(s), Company, phone no., email contact information, last four of SSN. Please note the conference will begin at 0800 hours. Attendees should allow time to proceed through the Security gate. Directions to be provided to respondees.
