authority is seeking to lease up to 650 furnished rooms (min of 200 from
any single provider) within existing student residential property in
Aberdeen. The provider would manage the property and its facilities whilst
the contracting authority would sub-lease the rooms to its students under
tenancy agreements and be responsible for the collection of rents and
welfare of its sub-tenants. The contracting authority would pay the total
annual rent directly to the provider in three instalments.
