RECOVERY--The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, issued contract W912HN-09-C-0051 to Columbia County Water, Evans, Georgia, DUNS 072470099, for installation and maintenance of water line extensions to one day use area and two campgrounds at J. Strom Thurmond Lake, Columbia County, Georgia, using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds.  The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, materials, and labor to deliver, trench, and install county water lines in order to provide potable water supply to Lake Springs Day Use Area, Ridge Road Campground, and Winfield Campground, Columbia County, Georgia.  Contract Line Items are 0001, 0002, and 0003.
