The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Diversion Control (OD), has a requirement for obtaining pharmaceutical data in order to determine the amounts of certain drugs that should be allowed for production in a given year. The proposed contract period will be January 1, 2010 thru December 31, 2010 with four twelve month option periods. The government anticipates awarding a single Fixed Price contract. This procurement is full and open competition. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 29, 2009 and will be issued solely through the DEA's acquisition website at http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/. Click on Acquisitions, then Open Solicitations. Hardcopies of the RFP will not be available. potential offers will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and any amendments. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code is 541519 with a size standard of $25.0 million. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
