Bidding will be conducted through theInternational Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDACredits, dated may 2004, revised October2006 and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in theGuidelines. 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtainfurther information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address below (address 1) from 9.00AM up to 5.00PM from Monday toFriday Starting from October 13, 2009 6. A margin of preference for eligible Domesticmanufacturers shall be applied. Additional details regarding qualification requirements are provided in the BiddingDocuments.
