USAID/Liberia is not requesting proposals at this time only written comments. Any proposals that is received in response to this  DRAFT SOLICITATION will be discarded prior to issuance of final RFP.

Please note that US is not obliged to pay any costs incurred what so ever for providing comments on this draft solicitation.
