Scope of Contract: Review of the institutional, legal and regulatory framework for land registration processes in Tanzania and make recommendations for improvement of the current systems, to develop simplified procedures and design standard registration procedures, to develop a computerization strategy based on the existing registry framework and to review existing land registration legislation so as to bring it line with international best practices.
