EØS 047-2009 Fruits to schools in Bergen municipality/restricted tender
procedure.

single operator.

II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Framework
agreement regarding delivery of fruits to secondary modern schools and
combined primary and secondary modern schools located in Bergen
municipality. The Awarding Authority has divided the tender in 3 routes
and the tenderers are allowed to submit tenders for the entire delivery or
parts of the delivery. The price form contains fruits and transport costs.
Only suppliers who meet the requirements given in the Public Procurement
Regulations’ § 3-12 are invited to submit tenders. The tender procedure is
restricted. The contract will be effective from January 2010.
