Unit (WSO), to reach OGB 4 standards throughout Wales.
The scope of work will be varied with differences in ground condition,
soils, steepness and mounding methods in each Forest District.
The work to be undertaken shall consist of all or some of the following
elements.
1. Brash Raking/Hinge Mounding
2. Trench Mounding
3. Bench Mounding
4. Brash Raking
5. Construction of ATV Tracks
6. Construction & Maintenance of Drains.
All Operators must hold a current Forestry Machine Operators Certificate

VI.4.2) Lodging of appeals: Precise information on deadline(s) for
lodging appeals: The Forestry Commission will incorporate a minimum of ten
calendar days standstill period at the point of information on the award
of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows
unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting
authorirty before the contract is entered into. Applicants have two
working days from the notification of the award decision to request
additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of
three working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such
