of the Agreement as shown below, which also indicates how many trees could
be planted in the lots during the period of the contract. The contractor
should be able to undertake restocking with conifers or broadleaves at a
stocking density of 2 770 stems per hectare in a square spacing of 1.9m X
1.9 m. Undertake Restocking with broadleaves to produce a stocking density
of 1 600 stems per hectare in a square spacing of 2.5m x 2.5m. Undertake
Restocking with broadleaves to produce a stocking density of 1 100 stems
per hectare in a square spacing of 3.0m x 3.0m. Undertake Beat-up of areas
where crop losses exceed 10 %.

supplied areas throughout Wales. The Agreement will be divided in to 15
geographical lots of which this is one. The detail below indicates how
many trees could be planted in the lot during the period of the Agreement.
The contractor should be able to undertake restocking with conifers or
broadleaves at a stocking density of 2 770 stems per hectare in a square
spacing of 1.9m X 1.9 m. Undertake Restocking with broadleaves to produce
a stocking density of 1 600 stems per hectare in a square spacing of 2.5m
x 2.5m. Undertake Restocking with broadleaves to produce a stocking
density of 1 100 stems per hectare in a square spacing of 3.0m x 3.0m.
Undertake Beat-up of areas where crop losses exceed 10 %.

VI.4.2) Lodging of appeals: Precise information on deadline(s) for
lodging appeals: The Forestry Commission will incorporate a minimum of ten
calendar days standstill period at the point of information on the award
of the contract is commuicated to tenderers. This period allows
unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting
authorirty before the contract is entered into. Applicants have two
working days from the notification of the award decision to reqeust
additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of
three working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such
