VI.2) CONTRACT RELATED TO A PROJECT AND/OR PROGRAMME FINANCED BY EU

e-tender opportunity through the Councils Alito Portal.
You will need to express an interest in this tender via the Alito portal

The deadline for expressing an interest and downloading the documents is
18.11.2009 (23:00) and the deadline for the receipt of the completed
Tenders by the Council is on 25.11.2009 (12:00).

VI.4) PROCEDURES FOR APPEAL
VI.4.2) Lodging of appeals: Precise information on deadline(s) for
lodging appeals: The Authority will incorporate a minimum of a 10 day
standstill period at the point of information in the award of the Contract
communicated to Tenderers. This period will allow unsuccessful Tenderers
to seek further de-briefing from the contracting authority, should they so
wish, before a Contract is entered into. Applicants will have two working
days from the notification of the award decision, to request a de-brief
and that information has to be provided a minimum of three working days
before the expiry of the standstill period. Such information should be
sought from the contact named in Section 1.1 of this notice.
