This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.  Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to submit an order to CLS America.  The intended order is for yearly ARGOS transmitters services for Alpha Airtime Fees, Monthly ID fees, and Active Platform with Data Access Fee.  CLS America, Inc. is the only provider of the ARGOS services providing location information to the United States Government.  As a result, CLS America, Inc. is the only responsible source to provide the necessary ARGOS required services.
