This solicitation covers a 100% HUBZone small business set-aside acquisition of Shirts, Advanced Combat (ACS). NSN 8415-01-548-7187(s). The quantities are 33,750 min; 135,000 Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ); and 168,750 max. Two mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with the same min, AEQ, and max. Applicable specification is GL-PD-08-80 dated 6 May 2009, with pattern dated 8 May 2009. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 3 monthly deliveries (for the minimum quantity) to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model and Experience/Past Performance.
