Lincolnshire Council with its Local Strategic Partnership has assigned a
Framework Agreement to deliver its economic Wellbeing Strategy to meet
priorities within its local Area Agreement; henceforth known as the
Framework for Change. This will provide support to enable individuals to
independently seek sustainable employment for themselves without the need
for agencies and, create employment opportunities within the borough,
working with our employers.
Although the contracting authority for the purposes of this procurement is
North.
East Lincolnshire Council, 1 or more other local authorities and/or public
sector bodies may choose to access the contract, (subject to the capacity
required by the Contracting Authority), without creating any obligation on
behalf of any of them to do so. Where any such contracting authority
elects to do so a legally binding contract shall be created between the
Contractor and that contracting authority on the basis of the "Contractual
Terms for the Delivery of Change Programme".

to date, this opportunity is being taken to express that, should any
European Regional Development Fund monies be made available for assisting
the worklessness agenda, then, where commissioning is required to expend
such monies, this framework would most likely be employed.
VI.2) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There are a total of 8 lots under this
Framework agreement. The Framework agreement shall be in place for up to 4
years. Contracts will be assigned under the 8 lots within the Framework
over the 4 years. Contracts persuant to this Framework will have varying
values and longevity. This award notice advises the awarding of the
successful bidders under the Framework.
Some sub-contracting is envisaged and possible under this Framework.
All Framework providers have the opportunity to sub-contract within the
terms of the Framework.
The anticipated, accumulated value of all contracts assigned under this
framework over its lifetime will total between 6 000 000 and 50 000 000
GBP.
