The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the United States House of Representatives (House) is seeking competitive offers from qualified vendors related to the audio system upgrade for the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee Hearing Room H-405, the Capitol. This RFP and any amendments, if any, are available electronically through the following website http://www.house.gov/cao-opp/currentsol.shtml. Questions relating to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Toinetta Bridgeforth by e-mail to toinetta.bridgeforth@mail.house.gov by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on October 15, 2009. Written responses to all questions will be provided in the form of an amendment to this solicitation. The deadline for receipt of proposals is October 23, 2009.
