This notice is to serve as a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming solicitation for VISN 16 Pharmacy Wall-To-Wall Inventory Services (base and one option period) being issued by the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center. Locations anticipated to be included are: VAMC, Shreveport, LA; VAMC OPC New Orleans; Clinic, Baton Rouge, LA; VAMC OPC (No Inpatient), Muskogee, OK; Clinic, Tulsa, OK; VAMC, Little Rock, AR; VAMC, North Little Rock, AR; VAMC, Jackson, MS; VAMC, Houston, TX; Clinic, Beaumont, TX; Clinic, Lufkin, TX; VAMC, Fayetteville, AR; Clinic, Mt. Vernon, MO; VAMC, Oklahoma City, OK; Clinic, Lawton/Ft. Sill; and VAMC, Pineville/Alexandria, LA. A qualified contractor must be capable of furnishing all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, personnel, supervision and travel cost, to ensure that the inventory of all facilities is executed. A qualified contractor must be capable of supplying a sufficient number of inventory specialists to complete the inventory at each location in one business day. The Contractor must be bonded and insured. Response to the request for proposal must contain all requested pricing and non pricing information (technical and past performance). Work must be completed at all sites prior to 28 Feb 10 (Base period). The NAICS code for this procurement is 561990; size standard is $7.0 mil. The actual solicitation will be posted on or about October 23, 2009 under solicitation number VA-256-10-RP-0013. This acquisition is being set-aside 100% as a Small Business Set-Aside.
