1. Se solicita ca ofertantul sa detina: Certificare ISO 9001 - Sistem de Management al Calitatii pentru domeniul supus achizitiei-
Pentru producatorul echipamentelor de calcul se solicita certificare ISO 9001 si ISO 14001 pentru domeniul supus achizitiei
2. Declaratie ce va cuprinde lista principalelor prestari de servicii finalizate în ultimii 3 ani
3. se va prezenta o Declaratie privind pregatirea profesionala si calificarea persoanelor responsabile pentru îndeplinirea contractului-conform Formularului nr. 9 .- declaratia va cuprinde informatii cu privire la numarul mediu al personalului angajat, asigurarea cu personal de specialitate, numarul si pregatirea cadrelor de conducere, precum si persoanele direct responsabile de îndeplinirea contractului si asigurarea serviciilor cu responsabili tehnici atestati în domeniul serviciilor ce urmeaza sa fie realizate.- se vor completa CV-urile persoanelor reprezentative pentru îndeplinirea contractului si copii dupa diplomele si certificatele pe care le detin.

1.lista cu prestari de servicii va cuprinde cel putin un proiect de realizare a unui Sistem Informatic Integrat cu Proces Verbal de receptie finala, cu cel putin 135 utilizatori, implementat in ultimii trei ani si cu o valoare de cel putin 1.900.000 lei fara TVA 2.Obligatoriu, lista va cuprinde cel putin 2 sisteme informatice, implementate in ultimii trei ani, cu Proces Verbal de receptie finala, care sa includa servicii de dezvoltare, implementare si intretinere de portal web si cu o valoare însumata de cel putin 900.000 lei fara TVA; 3.Obligatoriu, lista va cuprinde cel putin 2 sisteme informatice de management al documentelor implementate in ultimii 3 ani, cu Proces Verbal de receptie finala si cu o valoare însumata de cel putin 900.000 lei fara TVA 4.Obligatoriu in lista persoanelor membre ale echipei de proiect se vor regasi: - Manager de proiect: Profil:Studii superioare de lunga durata (finalizate) in domeniul IT; Prezentarea a minim 2 recomandari de la beneficiari ce releva calitatea de manager de proiect in proiecte de implementare si dezvoltare solutii tip portal. Specialist in administratia publica: Profil:·Studii superioare universitare si postuniversitare finalizate, relevante in domeniul administratiei publice; Coordonator echipa dezvoltare portal web:Profil: Studii universitare (finalizate) de lunga durata in domeniul IT; · Minimum 3 ani de experienta in tehnologia si limbajul de programare utilizate pentru dezvoltarea solutiei propuse; Expert ITProfil:• Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul IT&C;Minimum 5 ani experienta profesionala dovedita in domeniul programarii Expert baze de date Profil:Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul IT&C; Minimum 5 ani experienta profesionala in domeniul administrarii bazelor de date. Administrator de retea:Profil:Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul IT&C;;Minimum 5 ani experienta profesionala in domeniul administrarii de retele IT; Expert securitate IT&CProfil:Studii superioare de lunga durata finalizate in domeniul IT&C;Minimum 5 ani experienta profesionala dovedita in domeniul implementarii si administrarii pe toate nivelele a securitatii sistemelor IT complexe;
