(3) M/s Insaff Esmat Noori –Fox logistic Group-JV
The joint venture letter is not provided. Bid submission form not submitted. Bidder instead submitted a Bid participation letter which is in different format. Bid security is not in the name of JV.

(4) M/s Global Mirchant L.L.C
Bid submission form does not contain bid price. The country of origin is stated as Dubai however, the bidder provided authorization letter from a Chinese company. The bidder did not provide any catalogue or brochure or any other printed material to show the goods it offers meets the specification and did not submit statement of compliance to technical specification
