Sealed Tenders are hereby invited from the bonafide Suppliers./ Sole Agents/Importers. Local Office. 50- Bir Uttam Shahid Asfakussamad Sarak (Former 129-130, Motijheel C/A), Dhaka. Govt./ Semi Govt. Organization or Corporation or Autonomous Body or Bank or in any Organization of above nature during the last 3(three) years may collect Tender Documents from the office of the undersigned on Cash Payment of Tk. 1,000/- only (non-refundable) per set on or before 18.10.2009 during office hours after submission of written application on their letter head pad along with the attested copies of certificates from the concerned organization/ organizations regarding their successful completion of work for supply, installation and maintenance of Diesel Generators at those organizations. Suppliers/Importers having no working experience for successful supply & installation of at least l(one) Diesel Generator having capacity not less than 150 KVA (Prime) in any Govt./Semi Govt. Organization or Corporation or Autonomous Body or Bank or in any Organization of above nature within the last 3(three) years need not submit any application.
Tenders will be received up to 12-30 P.M. on 19-10-2009 in the Tender Box placed at the office of the undersigned during office hours. For any further details, anybody may contact with the undersigned during office hours.
The Uttara Bank Limited reserves the right nol to accept the lowest Tender and to reject any Tender or part thereof or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. However, the Bank may negotiate with any of the tenderers and award the work to them, if found suitable.
