Information Technology Research Services Provider

CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a Information Technology (hereafter referred to as “IT”) Industry Research Services provider(s) (hereafter referred to as the “Proponent(s)”) for the purpose of providing CMHC with IT research and advisory services.

The main areas of IT research and advisory interest are for: A) General IT Research and Advisory Services; B) IT Research in Banking, Finance and Insurance sector/industry.

The initial term of this contract is expected to be for a three (3) year agreement (with three 1-year extension options), beginning January 01, 2010 and ending December 31, 2013, with the option to renew at CMHC’s discretion for three (3) subsequent one (1) year periods. The value of this service contract is expected to be $810,000.00 including all applicable taxes.

The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on October 26, 2009.
