The contractor will provide a KWh price based upon the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and management supervision to supply and deliver electrical power to The contractor will supply an estimated 100,000 kwh of energy per month, for an estimated average yearly usage of 1,200,000 kwh. The Government will pay only for the actual KWhs used
