The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, La Tuna, Anthony, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05101000001 for the requirement of: KOSHER FOOD ITEMS. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin on or about November 9, 2009 and ends December 9, 2009. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 8500 Doniphan Road, Anthony, Texas 79821. The contract type is firm-fixed type. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher that past performance. The solicitation will be available on or after October 5, 2009, and will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/ .
