Energy Efficient Building Envelope Retrofits for Existing Homes

The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into an agreement with a vendor(s) (hereafter referred to as the “proponent(s)”) for the purpose of developing at least eight (8) fact sheets to provide generic explanations and construction details of roof, wall, window and foundation strategies for energy efficient building envelope retrofits for houses.

The project will commence on contract signature and be completed by December 31, 2010. For guidance, it is expected that the contract to be awarded pursuant to this RFP will be in the range of $80,000 to $90,000, including all applicable taxes.

The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on October 29, 2009.
