Lighthouse Board, and the Commissioners of Irish Lights) for the period
2010 to 2013. To include for Trinity House: marine and non-marine

Also to include marine and non-marine liability, marine hull & machinery,
marine hull war risks and professional liability insurance requirements

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Insurance requirements of the General
Lighthouse Authorities for the United Kingdom and Ireland (The Corporation
of Trinity House, The Northern Lighthouse Board and the Commissioners of
Irish Lights) for the period 2010 to 2013. To include, for Trinity House:
marine and non-marine liability, marine hull and machinery, marine hull
war risks, professional liability, property, terrorism, vehicle,
engineering, travel and computer. Also to include marine and non-marine
liability, marine hull & machinery, marine hull war risks and professional
liability insurance requirements for the Northern Lighthouse Board. Also
to include marine hull & machinery, marine hull war risks, marine
liability and professional liability insurance requirements for the
Commissioners of Irish Lights, as described in the Invitation to Tender
documentation.

Description of these options: 3 year contract with option to extend the
contract for a further period of 12 months and a subsequent 12 months

3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: To provide the General Lighthouse Authorities for
the United Kingdom and Ireland (the Corporation of Trinity House, the
Northern Lighthouse Board and the Commissioners of Irish Lights with
insurance and brokerage services for marine hull & machinery, marine hull
war risks , marine liability including general liability and protection &
indemnity and directors & officers liability, employment practices
liability, and professional indemnity insurances. Commencing 20 February
2010 in respect of protection & indemnity and marine hull war risks
insurances and 1.4.2010 for all other insurances.
To provide Trinity House and the Northern Lighthouse Board with insurance
and brokerage services in respect of Employers', Public and Products
Liability insurances commencing 1.4.2010.

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: (a) is

contracting authority;
(f) has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes in
accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is
established or with those of the country of the contracting authority;
(g) is guilty of serious misrepresentation in supplying the information
required under this Section or has not supplied such information;
(h) has been the subject of a conviction for participation in a criminal
organisation, as defined in Article 2(1) of Council Joint Action
98/733/JHA;
(i) has been the subject of a conviction for corruption, as defined in
Article 3 of the Council Act of 26.5.1972 and Article 3(1) of Council
Joint Action 98/742/JHA3 respectively;
(j) has been the subject of a conviction for fraud within the meaning of
Article 1 of the Convention relating to the protection of the financial
interests of the European Communities;
(k) has been the subject of a conviction for money laundering, as defined
in Article 1 of Council Directive 91/308/EEC of 10.6.1991 on prevention of
the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering.

necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: (a) appropriate
statements from banks or, where appropriate, evidence of relevant
