II.1) DESCRIPTION
II.1.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority:
Renovation of the residences of the Head of Delegation and Head of
Operations.

performance: Works.
Realisation, by whatever means of work, corresponding to the requirements
specified by the contracting authorities.
Main site or location of works: No 4 Lephalala Street, off Ganges Street,
Minister's Hill, Maitama, Abuja, NIGERIA.
II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): a) Repair leaks
in the roof of the residences.
b) Repair humidity on the walls of the residences.
c) Replace the mineral felt on the roof of the 2 buildings.
d) Replacement of wall tiles in the kitchen and in all the toilets.
e) Installation of lightning arrestor.
f) Propose and describe the works to be undertaken in order to correct and
repair the cracks on the external walls of the buildings.
g) A general upkeep of the residences:
i) painting of the external and internal walls of the buildings and fence;
ii) polishing of the wooden floor;
iii) general landscaping of the entire compound including swimming pool
surroundings;
iv) provision of adequate power inlet to the pool engine room, protect the
electrical installations against humidity and replacement of the pool
filter to be filled with various sizes of sand and activated carbon;
h) replacement of insulation material around the air conditioner
refrigerant pipes;
i) provision of proper joint for the inlet PHCN cable.
