Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129135/C/SER/RS.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: IPA.
4. Financing: 2007 national IPA.
5. Contracting authority: The European Community, represented by the
Delegation of the European Commission to the Republic of Serbia, on behalf
of and for the account of the beneficiary country, Belgrade, SERBIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The project will support the development and
implementation of local area-based rural development strategies in Serbia.
The contract will provide assistance in the following areas:
— stimulation and development of rural communities,
— training and capacity building of actors engaged in rural development
and located in identified subregional rural territories,
— establishment and operation of public-private partnership-based local
action groups,
— preparation by the local action groups of area-based local development
strategies for well-identified subregional rural territories.
8. Indicative budget: 1 500 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: November
2009.
