U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS 22,425 ANSI/BOMA SQUARE FEET OF COMBINED OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, AND LIGHT INDUSTIRAL SPACE IN FREDERICKSBURG, VA SOLICITATION #: 9VA2063 Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 22,425 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA SF) of space. This shall consist of 2,510 ABOA SF of office and related space, and 19,915 ABOA SF of warehouse and light industrial space. The warehouse and light industrial space shall consist of high storage, a paint shop, carpenter's workshop, flammable storage area, vehicle maintenance shop, and outdoor covered storage for tractors, trucks, and related equipment. On-site secured parking for 40 vehicles is required. Unique Requirements: · Access to the entire site must be restricted with a perimeter fence Delineated Area: The delineated area for this project is within the following boundaries: North: Route 3 East: Route 1 South: Route 208 West: Smith Station Rd to Gordon Rd Lease Term/Occupancy: Lease term shall be ten years, five years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2011.
