KANTO-KOSHINETSU AREA IN OFFER OF 'MANUFACTURE OF PRODUCT (PRECISION
MACHINES)" FOR PARTICIPATING IN TERMS BY THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE IN
THE FISCAL YEARS 2007, 2008 AND 2009 (SINGLE QUALIFICATION FOR
EVERY MINISTRY AND AGENCY). (7) TIME-LIMIT FOR TENDER : 17 : 00, ON
