The vehicles will include production-seized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of a base year with four one-year options for a total of five years. This solicitation is Set-aside 100% for Small Business. It is anticipated that Solicitation No. DJMS-10-Q-0001 will be issued on or before October 19, 2009. The estimated response date will be November 17, 2009. The solicitation will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web-site: www.fbo.gov. The FedBizOpps web site provides downloading instructions. Future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the FedBizOpps site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps web site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
