AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 8 office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for a contractor to provide all limited design, construction, supplies, materials, equipment and labor to rehabilitate water well pumps for fish production. The work will occur at wells number 1, 2, 6 and 7. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. This will be a "best value" source selection (evaluation) process in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101. The criteria that must be met shall be stated in the solicitation. Solicitation no. 80181RR579 to include all attachments will be made available by October 16, 2009 (approximate) and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov . The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov . Estimated Period of Performance is 90 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed for completion date of project.
