Analysis of Speed of Adoption of Revolutions in Military Affairs (RMAs) in the Post Cold War Environment and Factors affecting Strategy Development The contractor will analyze the factors that affect the speed with which nations adopt Revolutions in Military Affairs (RMAs) and the related issue of the challenges in developing new strategies in organizations. He will carry out the assignment in two phases that will be executed sequentially.
