This is a request for information for JCC-I/A, Baghdad, Iraq, seeking small business offerors for a Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) Specialist requirement. The contractor shall be responsible for developing and maintaining JOPES process at Camp Victory. This work requires comprehensive knowledge of and direct experience of the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System. Contractor must have and maintain a SECRET Security clearance as well as have 2 years minimum experience working as a JOPES 4.0 systems specialist. A solicitation will be issued for one base period and two option period for the requirement. Respondees who are a small business have an active registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) https://www.bpn.gov need to respond by Oct 4, 2009.
