Acordul cadru se va incheia pentru o durata de 11 luni, pana la data de 31.12.2009. In baza acordului cadru se vor incheia contracte subsecvente in numar de 3 astfel: 1. Primul contract subsecvent: februarie - aprilie 2. Al doilea contract subsecvent: mai - august 3. Al treilea contract subsecvent: septembrie - decembrie La atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va relua competitia cu toti operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului cadru, prin invitarea lor la sediul autoritatii contractante de a depune noi oferte financiare. Criteriul de atribuire a noilor contracte subsecvente este pretul cel mai scazut. Cantitatile achizitionate sunt prezentate in Caietul de Sarcini - Anexa 1
