Documente din care sa rezulte faptul ca ofertantul nu se incadreaza in situatiile prevazute la art. 180 si 181 din OUG 34/2006. Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrul Comertului. Certificat Unic de Inregistrare. Declaratie pe proprie raspundere cu privire la indeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale, precum si a contributiei pentru asigurarile sociale se stat pentru ultima luna incheiata financiar.

Depunerea unei declaratii cu informatii generale referitoare la Media cifrei de afaceri globale pe ultimi trei ani.
Nivelul minim impus pentru media cifrei de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani : media cifrei de afaceri trebuie sa fie mai mare sau egala cu valoarea de 1.216.000 lei. IMM beneficiaza de reducerea cu 50% a pragului pentru media cifrei de afaceri, cf. L346/2004. Lichiditatea generala >90%.

Nivelul minim impus pentru experienta similara in ultimii 5 ani : suma valorii contractelor pentru lucrarile similare executate in ultimii 5 ani trebuie sa fie mai mare sau egala cu valoarea de 572.000 lei.
