The Bosnia and Herzegovina has received acredit from the International Development Association toward the cost of ECSEE APL3-BiH Project , and it intends to applypart of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contracts for: " Replacement of Process Control and Monitoringsystem", for Thermal Power Plant Ugljevik. 3. The award will be made to the lowest evaluatedsubstantially responsive bid provided the bidder meets the post-qualification criteria. 4.
