Note: All that divided and defined allotment of land marked Lot “A I B" of the land called "Dekjahawatta" situated at Pamunuwa in Maharagama Urban Council Limits in Palle Pattu, Salpiti Korale, District of Colombo Western Province.
Together with Buildings, Trees, Plantation and everything standing thereon.
The Property that is Mortgaged to the D.F.C.C. Vardhana Bank Limited by Dharshanie Vidanagamage as the obligor.

I shall sell by Public Auction at the Spot,
On 19th Day of October 2009 at 11.00 AM
Mode of Payment: The successful Purchaser should pay the following amounts in cash to the Auctioneer at the fall of the hammer.
(1) Ten percent (10%) of the purchase amount.
(2) One percent (01%) of the Provincial Council Charges.
(3) Two Decimal Five percent (2.5%) of the Auctioneers Commission.
(4) Notary fees Rs.2000/-.
(5) Clerk's and Crier's wages Rs.500/-.
(6) All publication charges.
(7) The balance (90%) of the purchase price together with any other statutory levies duties taxes or charges whenever applicable imposed by the government of Sri Lanka or any other authorities to be payable within 30 days from the date of issue.
