direction of the Minister of Finance, the NTMA wishes to retain investment
banking and financial advisory services (the "Services") to assist it and
the Department of Finance in their interface with the banking system and
other stakeholders. The range of services include but are not limited to:
— Advice in dealing with EU Commission requirements,
— Recommendations on how relationships with participating banks and other
stakeholders should be managed on an ongoing basis,
— General advice on different aspects of the banking system and any
potential transactions,
— Sectoral restructuring and viability planning.
Tenderers should note that certain outputs or reports may be published in
whole or in part by the NTMA/NAMA/Minister for Finance and/or Government.
