The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the United States House of Representatives (House) is seeking competitive offers from qualified vendors related to the A/V system upgrade for the Committee on Armed Services Hearing Rooms 2118 and 2212 Rayburn House Office Building.
