This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information on proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for the following security sensors and peripheral equipment. Comparable equipment is acceptable. iScout Sensor Extended Life Kit (includes iScout Sensor, Battery Extension Cable and Waterproof bag), Quantity 12 OMNI 1960 Battery BA 5390, Quantity 24 OMNI-3300 OmniSense Handheld Programmer Monitor, Quantity 1 OMNI-2431 OmniSense Wireless Mobile Relay, Quantity 1 The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 9:30 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 to email Linda.d.applewhite@usdoj.gov.
