Obiectivul general al proiectului este acela de a îmbunatati calitatea actului de justitie si accesul la justitie prin continuarea dezvoltarii institutionale a Scolii Nationale de Grefieri astfel încât aceasta sa fie capabila sa îndeplineasca în mod corespunzator sarcinile de formare a grefierilor din sistemul judiciar din România, precum si prin cresterea accesului publicului la informatii în cadrul instantelor si parchetelor.

Participantii vor trebui sa prezinte documente edificatoare privind situatia financiara, ca de exemplu:
1.Declaratie privind cifra de afaceri si profitul net pentru anii solicitati - Formular nr. 7
2. Documente justificative (copie bilant contabil vizat si înregistrat de organele competente/raport de audit/raportul cenzorilor sau echivalent). Ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada publicitatii situatiilor sale financiare(conform Fisei de date).

Media profitului net al ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii grupului de operatori economici împreuna) trebuie sa fie pozitiv pentru fiecare din ultimii trei ani (2006, 2007, 2008) Cifra medie de afaceri a ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii grupului de operatori economici împreuna) trebuie sa fie mai mare de 270.000 Euro pe ultimii trei ani (2006, 2007, 2008)
