Individual supply contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129123/C/SUP/RS.
2. Procedure: International open.
3. Programme: IPA 2007.
4. Financing: 2007 national IPA.
5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the beneficiary country,
Belgrade, SERBIA.
6. Contract description: Expanding TETRA network of the Ministry of
Interior (MOI) in Serbia. The contract entails installation, configuration
and putting into operation of the equipment and related training of
beneficiary personnel.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: Lot 1: TETRA base stations and
dispatching equipment:
The TETRA base stations provide the RF interface to the TETRA user
terminals. The lot specifies the so-called indoor type of base stations
and the dispatching consoles.
Lot 2: TETRA terminals and repeaters:
TETRA terminals provide complete two-way radio communication solutions for
the users. The lot specifies portable (hand-held), mobile and fixed
terminals, as well as repeaters, which are cost-effective devices for
increasing coverage of the TETRA signal.
Lot 3: PDH radio transmission equipment and multiplexers:
Equipment intended to connect TETRA base stations with the TETRA system.
The lot specifies PDH radio links with the antennas, multiplexers for
cross-connecting, and the accessories.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: October
2009.

10. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 of 17.7.2006.
